The Dutch startup website, Sprout.nl, featured a scheme for ferry service among the ABC Islands named Project Flying Fish. Bonaire resident Jay Collado’s watercraft is based on concepts challenging physical laws, diving guidelines, and naiveté of local sea conditions. His specially designed air cushion boat would smoothly travel at 180 km./hour (112 mph) and be eco-friendly. He needs an investment of $11 million to build the boat and begin service by 2021.

Who want's to donate?

Sounds like the ground effect sea plane ticket the Maldives, that was on some science channel show. 100mph or so just a couple of meters above the water.

It's all good till a whale breaches in front of one.
