I see that FIBR now appears to have new owners - no longer bonnebeach but rather Privilege Hotels.

Anyone have insight on the new owner / any changes at the resort or dive operation?

We leave Saturday so will let you know. I did confirm with Rick at Fantasy Travel before we booked that Robert is still running the dive operation and don Francisco is still in charge of the kitchen... seems like the staff has basically remained the same.
