I am not sure if anyone else has had a similar problem. I have a Canon G16 and a Fantasea housing. Well, i bought both second-hand. I really like the G16 after using a friend's. It worked well even for an underwater photography noob like me. However, when I took it diving, I realised the zoom lever has a delayed response. It doesn't zoom in when I need, and when i press harder, it zooms right in. I couldn't figure out if it was a camera issue or a housing issue tehn, However, when I use the camera on land with and without the housing, the zoom always works. A friend suggested that it could be a spring in lever issue, but won't this happen on land as well. I am very puzzled. I will take it to the hardware guys.. but I am just wondering if water pressure causes the spring to act up if it's slightly out of place?
