SO I was just informed that Falling Rock Park in Lagrange Ky is not longer allowing scuba. What gives? Anybody know what the deal is or why they did this?

No specific info on this location but several others that have shut down SCUBA was because of insurance regulations. With all the lawsuits in the last few years, expect this to happen more. My local quarry had to eliminate night diving. His insurance company wanted an extra 6k? I think he said to allow night diving. Not worth it.
Looking at their current(?) website, there is no mention of SCUBA being allowed and it is a private park. Insurance to allow diving would seem to be the first thing I would think of.
