Forged on 06/02, last hydro 4/16 with +. Includes boot. 3AA2400, REE 70 stamped on cylinder neck. Interior shows only very light flash rust. Cylinder has very few dives on it.

With Thermo 200 bar DIN valve as shown... $150 + freight

Without valve... $100 + freight
