yes, they are usually ordered specifically, same as the LP120's were. Really rare to find them in the wild, but they do exist!

They're 19l, but not sure on dimensions for you. 8" OD and 29.5" height. Basically same height as a HP120 but 8" diameter instead of 7.25"

Locals use them to transfill baby doubles.

Usually leaving the same amount of air behind as an al80, since youre diving with others on them.

Love my 130s as a single tank, gets me the extra gas to safely plan rule of 3rds deco dives with a slung AL80 for redundancy. Never had an issue with the weight but ymmv. Sell em to me if they're too heavy .
