Not sure if you found what your looking for, but Piranha Dive Mfg has M71DVB’s available for a very reasonable price. They are not the FX series tanks, but the “mid pressure” series of tanks which pump to 3180 + 10% (3498psi). They are similar dimensions to the tanks you’re looking for.

Note that I do not believe the advertised buoyancy characteristics for these tanks as the numbers advertised match the FX version, yet the tank is 4lbs heavier.
