FA - Casita? Ocean View? Grand Class?

Thanks everyone for the info. Have any of you stored your gear at the lockers when you were not diving with Dive House? I hadn't planned on using them. If it's worthwhile, I'd like to do a shore dive in the afternoons so we would rent a tank for that. If we do shore dive in the afternoon then we will need to keep our gear rather then have the op we use store it overnight. That's what made the casita appealing - it has it's own locker.

BTW, any comments on the shore diving out in front of FA?

With the number of lockers that Dive House has available, I doubt they would let anyone other than their own customers use them. Maybe if you slip them a few pesos

Shore diving out in front of the FA isn't worth the nitrogen absorbtion in my opinion. It's good for checking out your weighting prior to jumping off of a boat, but that's about it. The snorkeling isn't half bad though.

We've stayed at FA 4 or 5 times and have always been able to use the lockers that Dive House has, and have only hued DH once. The last time I was there, their policy was if there was one available you can use it. Being a guest at the FA prompts them to offer the service, I would assume.

We've always stayed in the standard rooms and ask for the upper floors when we make our rev's. IMO anything but a ocean view is counterproductive to my mission while in the Caribbean. Coffee on the balcony in the early AM is most pleasant.

FA is our place of choice when traveling with women folk. I'm sure you will enjoy.
