I have the F-1 in L and XL. Use the XL's with my pinnacle heavy sole wet boots and they fit nice. But I wear an 8-9 shoe depending on what sweat shop it's made in. Adjusted all the way out you could likely get 10's in them but 12 may be pushing. Try XXL's is my advice.

I found they run big...I bought a pair based on their size chart and found it was way too big....Returned them, came down one size and they were fine.......But it will make a difference depending on whether your wearing a drysuit or wetsuit boot....I wear them w/wetsuit boots.....Size 14....

I was able to use XL with size 14 boots with a soft sole. pinched my toes a tad. When I switched to hard sole boots, I had to get XXL.

I just bought a Pinnacle Evo DS w/ size 12 boots. What size F1's do I need? XL?

Not sure about the boot. I dive a DUI DS with a Size 12 Rockboot. The XXL was sloppy. The XL is snug - to the point where getting the fin off at the end of the dive can be a bit of a struggle. But - at the end of the day - I like the XL best. A sloppy fit makes precise fining impossible.

I wear a size 12 Pinnacle boot and the XL Hollis. Fits great.

I appreciate all the replies. Guess I should have specified which boots. They are the standard attached rubber boots that come with the suit. Moderately hard sole, but not rock boots. Unfortunately, I haven't found a local dealer where I can try one but I'm fairly certain the XL's will work. Again, thanks for the advice.
