Depends on foot width, I have relatively wide feet and the XL was too tight and caused a squeeze that would make it uncomfortable. I'd honestly recommend getting XXL especially if you have any interest in drysuit rockboots. The comfort insteps as seen in the foot pocket in the pics would make the size a L, but that is removable. So if you got the XXL it would accommodate more choices of boots and still allow you to use the insteps if you wanted to wear reef socks or barefoot. Just my .02

Nope. I’m a size 11 and FFs XL are too small for me. You need XXL.
