Extended Boat Travel

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone might have resources (websites, connections, etc) for finding work on a boat. In about 4-6 months I'll be looking to put together a "crew" to sail throughout Indonesia to Australia, diving along the way, I'd like to do the same through the Carribean if possible. I'd like to be a part of the crew and work as a DM/Instructor along with be a first mate (of course after I have 250+ dives and many courses). I wouldn't be looking for compensation for this.

All the boating magazines have those adds in the back. --Also some web sites, I think.

Also, marina bulletin boards always seem to have adds looking for crew to various places, usually in the laundry or store area.

Not to shake up your dream, but how are you planning to work as a DM/Instructor with your current certification? Not to mention expierience.:huh:

At least you gave a lot of thought to your "board name" and chose something that fits!

Of course I don't plan to work as a DM/Instructor with my CURRENT certification/experience. That would be impossible.

This is a long-term project.

Please...I'd only like to hear if someone knows of something REAL.

Can't shake my dreams, I always turn them into reality!!!
