Hello all,
I don't know if there are shops in the Mexican Maya/Belize/Bay Islands region that offer instructor internships in return for work at their shop/resort, but I thought I'd at least ask.
I'm a very experienced divemaster with over 500 pro dives as a leader, all boat dives in cold water and challenging conditions. I'm a chief officer on a diving liveaboard, with over three years experience in the liveaboard industry. Basically I have all the skills required to be a large contribution to any shop or resort business, including diving, compressor/gear maintenance, and boat/skiff driving (have a merchant marine officer of the watch license), the only thing I don't have is a PADI Instructor ticket, which I'm hoping a shop can help me with!
