does anyone has experience with the Sea & Sea TTL converters?
I have a 40D with a YS-110 strobe in a Sea and Sea housing, and would love to have TTL capabilities on it, but I have read mix reviews on the gain that you have with using the TTL converters.
Would appreciate some practical experience if there is an improvement in the light levels you get on the pictures and if there is a better result with 1 vs 2 strobes for the TTL converters.

best regards,
EF

Having TTL is great, especially for macro and close-focus wide angle.

You no longer need to worry about your strobe power settings, or your exposure, you can focus on more important things like composition, strobe placement, and selective depth of field.

I'm not sure what you mean by that phrase

>> is a better result with 1 vs 2 strobes for the TTL converters

the TTL converter will work equally well with 1 strobe or two. Two strobes gives you more lighting options than 1 strobe, this is true with or without a TTL converter. But I imagine you already knew that.

hope this helps
