If you are looking for a great dive shop and are in Bocas del Toro, (e.g. Isla Colon, Red Frog, Isla Carenero) in Panama then check out Panama Dive School. My wife and I have been here for about 4 weeks and been out with Tony Stead and his crew several times. You can find pretty much any level of diving and his people are great. Prices are very reasonable and they have any equipment that you might need.
