Ewa marine bags and Canon camcorder

I know about the wide range of opinions on the Ewa Marine bags so let's not go there. I got one for my Canon ZR85 camcorder only to use in the pool to assist my wife and oldest daughter in working on their streamlining and trim. The best thing I did was film myself underwater to learn where I needed to improve buoyancy and trim.

I double-checked the Ewa website and verified the housing model for my camera (VDS). The thing is, the adapters for fitting the camera lens into the large housing lens aren't exactly the right size.

Anyone have any experience with buying aftermarket lens adapters for Ewa bags? Their website isn't the greatest for e-commerce and I need to make sure I get the right one. However, I am a neophyte when it comes to cameras (my wife takes all the pics).

For posterity's sake as well as anyone in the future who may encounter this problem, I did some checking with a couple of videography folks. I needed to buy a 30.5mm front filter step-up ring to 52mm. Problem solved. Cost me $7 at bhphoto.com.
