I just don't log dives
can you estimate you body's buoyancy based on weight and percentage of body fat?
 
Search for threads here, using "buoyancy" and "estimating" and you'll get a bunch of hits. Unfortunately, many of the replies are "get in the pool."

I've been surprised by students a number of times. Sometimes they need much more or less than I would have guessed. Lung capacity, bone density, and especially relaxation level all affect it. If you find a formula that works for you, please post it.
