That was a sunflower star. They're probably the most common seastar in B.C. If you don't see at least a few on a dive, you're in a swimming pool. I didn't notice that it had anything protruding except for all the arms.frank_delargy:Thanks. I think the sunflower star may have been just mowing over some seagrass.. looked weird at first. I can't wait 'til I get to your playground.
