I'm looking at booking a Tubbahata to Anilao (or Cebu) trip late June 2026. We did a 7 night Tubbahata trip in May this year (very calm weather) but my wife was unable to do a single dive due to a heavy cold and spent the trip pretty much confined to our cabin. So now we want to go back next year and are thinking of the transition trip so we can also include Apo. I have not been able to find any reports for these trip so am wondering what experience folks have had in recent years. (Obviously the weather is a huge risk factor for Tubbahata at that time, but does it also affect Coron and Apo)? Would appreciate peoples' experiences/insights/advice. Thanks.

Apo Island and Apo Reef is miles apart from each other.
Transition trip is either at the beginning or at the end of the season. So you save yourself two one way ticket from PPS to MNL/CEB in June. But you have to decide if its worth the bother.
There is a very good reason why the season is only available between March and June.

I had been to Tubbataha a few times but never later than mid May.
