Firediver just posted this topic a couple of days ago. Do a Search on Empress of Ireland Deck Plans. There were quite a few responses.
Don't count on the deck plans at the Museum. The last two years I've been there, they didn't have any.
I've got a set, but they're the biggun's, and my printer doesn't like them. I think they're also in one of the books on the Empress (As a smaller yet very readable version), but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the book.
