Hello, everyone,

Coast Guard Sector Honolulu here, opening up a discussion on how to keep your Drug and Alcohol Policies in compliance with the regs.

To get things started, here's a link to our Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB) 12-001, "Clarification on
Crewmembers Engaged or Employed on Commercial Vessels and Chemical Testing Requirements
":
https://homeport.uscg.mil/mycg/port...entId=393510&programId=12588&pageTypeId=16440
The actual bulletin is located at the bottom of the list that appears on the right of the screen.

Questions? Comments? Both? Let us know. We'd rather help you than fine you.

Regards,

Sector Honolulu Marine Investigations Division
and the
Coast Guard District 14 Drug and Alcohol Program Inspector
