Elite T3 software issue?

Can someone tell me how to open up the software program for my T3? I loaded it on my computer(windows XP) plugged the usb into the dive computer and it shows PC and counts down but then nothing happens?

I'm assuming Aeris uses OceanLog, also. If not, this will not help you at all

You have to go find the software on your computer. Make sure you did not just install the USB drivers, as the actual software may be packaged separately on the disc.

Once in the software, click on "Dives" on the left, and at the top hit the "+" symbol. Select "download from computer" or whatever the choice is for the PDC, and initiate the countdown, then hit ok.

It was a seperate file I needed to download, so I got that part taken care of but now when I try to save my dives I keep getting a message that says "Normal Dive Data Error"?

Has anyone else had this error code with this DC? "Normal Dive Data Error" I did a search in the help section and came up empty?

I just put the disc in and downloaded the software on my computer, what do you mean by right serial number?

You need to pick the right serial number into the software for it to communicate with the Dive Computer

Serial numbers match in the software, guess I'll have to call aeris and see if they can't tell me whats going on
