I just don't log dives
Today after lunch (Italy's time) the owner of Blue Immersion Diving Center in Lacona (Elba Island), went out diving and fell sick during the dive.
He came back still alive ashore were paramedics and ambulance were waiting, but died shortly after notwithstanding the resuscitation efforts.

No indication of diving dynamics in the terse news.

<speculation mode on>
I was diving there in September and all dives south of the island are pretty much in recreation depth range, he was quite experienced (being the owner of the diving center, here practically all of them are the instructors of the centers as well) ...
<speculation mode off>

will post any updates, but usually there is little follow on about these, unless serious issues arise (like fault of someone or gas contamination ...)
