Hey has anyone had issues with ladies BC's... they usually have elastic cumberbunds ... any issues with them loosing there elasticity??

Not just ladies BCs have elastic cumberbunds. Many include elastic to help compensate for depth as a wetsuit compresses. It's pretty heavy duty stuff but can wear over time, the rubber strands eventually degrade or individual strands within might snap. Any velcro used much will probably wear out first. Good chance you will be looking for an excuse to buy a new toy before any of this happens though ...
