Hi all,

I am thinking about buying an Edge Stealth 2 BCD. I found one on-line at a really great price but I am not sure about sizing. It's a Medium. I'm 5'10", around 190 lbs, with a 42 inch chest. Would a Medium be too small for me? I will be wearing an Edge drysuit underneath it.

Dave

I would recommend the Large esp. with a Drysuit. I have Large in stock so can easily drop ship for your dealer.

Thanks Chris. It's my first BCD purchase, and I was only considering this Medium because of the price. I'll probably pass on it and save my pennies up for a nice HOG BP/W rig.

Chris,
Would an XL be too big for me? I've been offered a great deal, but it's on an XL size.
Thanks!

An XL may be ok with a drysuit, depending on the type and undergarments, but it may end up being a little loose if you use a lighter exposure suit. Having sold a few of these I have to say I'm impressed with the size range in each division. I'm 5' 7" and 165 or so and a large does fit me if it's snugged up all the way. If that helps at all. I'd keep looking for a large if I were you unless you plan on diving dry 100% of the time.

I would recomend a Large, I feel a Med would be to small

I do plan on diving dry all the time, as I skipped over buying a wetsuit, and just bought my first drysuit. I think I might go and snap this up.

Thanks for the input Jim & Chris.
