Does anyone here tried the Earpro Mask product. I have a bit of a problem equilizing which led to a ear problem, nothing serious but enough to send me searching for an answer to a more enjoyable diving experience. Any feedback?

Regards..

Dear Doc:

Yes. Have you tried it or recommend its use.

Regards,
MO

Yes, I was given a complimentary pair to try. They take a little getting used to, but once mastered definitely keep water out of the ears.

I didn't notice any facilitation of equalizing, but then I don't have difficulties with clearing. A number of divers do feel that it helps.

Best regards.

I just ordered the proear 2000 today. I have problems with equalizing and water in my ears so we will soon see if this mask helps me. I will post up the results as soon as i have my next dive on saturday nov 1st.

I hope it works well for you. I have a ProEar mask and a ProEar hood on hold until I can determine if it works or not.

Best of Luck,
MO

I've been using a ProEar mask (I have the Panorama model) and hood. It definitely does a good job of keeping ears dry. Although it is a pain to put on with the hood (ask your buddy to help get the cups inside the hood!), the hood helps even more to seal the ears and keep them dry. I am not sure the mask has helped me, though, with equalization.

Good luck!
Michael

Thanks Micheal.

I should be over this ear problem soon. I can wait to get back in the water, but if the was not painful enough try evacuating your house at a moments notice with all these fires in San Diego. It should be over soon. Regards, MO
