Way cool, i lucked out and got to see 2 (first time ever since I am a summer only visitor) when I was there in June. Saw them down south too!

Yes, there are a few resident eagle rays around all year, and others that are not too far away. I am looking forward to learning more about those, too!
But if you can swing a winter trip and get lucky enough to see the squadrons, you will be amazed. They're spectacular!

I think it will be, Mark. I am sure there will be another, especially as winter approaches.

The Eagle Rays are my favorite thing about diving cozumel. The most I've seen at once was 4. It was incredible.

Hi Sallye...I would like to go if I can swing it. It may compete with 2x1 Lionfish at La Perlita :)Where abouts on the island is it? Can I walk from the Bahia or will I need a cab?

Tonight's the night! Hope to see you there.
