Hi everyone,

I am trying to adapt an electric bike battery for my BT travel.
It's a 36v 21Ah pack (10S6P) with a 30A BMS. It fits very well into the tube.

However, it doesn't work as well as it should : I have no problem up to gear 4 but the power seems to die off quickly at higher gears.
I specify that I run with the new firmware (v1.18) and I have disabled the balance battery check.

Does anyone have any idea where the problem is?

Thx.

Same answer you got on the book of face. Batteries don't support the amperes they claim to (counterfeit or just poor quality). BMS does not support amperages required.

I have to face the facts: I got ripped off. I sent a message to the seller a few days ago, we'll see what he tells me.
