I decided to spring for some DVD's and quite frankly i am very dissappointed.
The ESM dvd's is pretty well a guttless series untill the 2nd dvd and once the AU guy is finished someone talkes about ballenced rig. $130.00 usd. I think that the ESM delt with mask snorkle, a little bit of weighting and that is it. No trim just some bouyancy tips
I ordered open water diver and essentials of recreational diving. They are the same DVD (per the package contents discription) and one of them has a Toxing diver on it.
I also got the Esentials of technical diving. same as the other's except for deco bottle switching, and there was no switch, only a gas switch. Then the BONUS clips says valve failures . It had that but no Line tying or bottle passsing like tha packaging says. I can kind of see the gas switching being called bottle switch in hind sight.
It seems that the major differences in the materisl is the order they were put on the DVD
Am i missing something. Open water and essentials of rec has the identical package table of contents but are 2 different products? I am not seing 230.00 value here.
