I know this is going to sound a little off but...

I bought a custom fit catalyst from a friend and instructor of mine several years ago. I have about 30-40 dives on it. The dump valve on the cuff has ALWAYS leaked. Most of the time it never really bothered me too much since I was seldom in water temps below 60*. If it was colder than that I just did one dive because I ended up too wet to do another one. I also lost a full winter season due to an injury. This year was worse and I found part of the problem was the dump itself leaked. A new valve, and it still leaks.

I would really like to do a dive in a dry suit someday and end the dive... dry.

Help?
