Anybody got a clue what it costs to replace the bladder on a Hydros Pro? Have been teaching in one, lots of pool time, lots of fading. Happy to sell as-is but if a small investment in a new bladder would freshen it up to appeal to a broader audience then I'm all for it.

I agree with the sell it as-is advice. Mention you are an instructor, it's faded from lots of pool time in the ad and someone will buy it because they'll assume you know what you're doing/take care of your gear etc. You could buy a case of sharpies and solve your fading problem...
