Don't know the size or load but it holds a lot.
I'm 5`11 and I can use it with it adjusted to be the shortest (in height), so that it sits below my bpw waist belt. (so i think it can fit taller person)
One of my buddies pointed out this one has a plastic buckle instead of the SS DUI buckle, I don't know why but works fine.
