Thanks for your interest. I believe the harness is adjustable, that being said I am 6' 260lbs and it fits me just fine. It has two large pockets, so by description you can go up to 40 pounds. Here is a description from the website:

Thank you for the response. They do come in actual sizes small, medium, and large (or so says the website). I would probably need the medium anyway.
