DUI valve removal tool

Is anyone familiar with the DUI (Apex) low profile ventilation valve removal tool ?
what does it look like and is there something else that will do the job?
I would like to replace the low profile valve and it will not hand turn off .

Go buy a cheap strap wrench ($2, plastic handle with 1/2 inch wide x 15" long rubber strap). Make sure you unscrew the INSIDE. The outside of the valve may be/probably is glued to the suit.
