I'm a Fish!
DUI has issued a recall on their newer drysuits (I believe on their deflator valves). If you have a new suit, you should check it out.

Mike

Recall was issued in November, per the DUI website it is for over pressure valves on their BC bladders. It does not apply to their drysuits, according to the list of affected items they posted.

Copied from the DUI website -

Buoyancy Control System Overpressure Valve (OPV)

All Models purchased before November 1, 2001

Moulding variations in one component of the overpressure valve (OPV) used in the DUI Buoyancy Control Systems (BCS) could, in rare instances, prevent the OPV from sealing properly creating a potential drowning hazard. While this variation is not present in every OPV, we feel it may be difficult to determine in the field which OPV's are suspect. Please return the BCS overpressure valve to an authorized dealer for a free replacement OPV.

Your right, I'm wrong. Somebody gave me the wrong info. I contacted DUI to varify it, and there's nothing wrong with any of their drysuits or any componants related to their suits.

My apologies.

Mike
