Hi, is it possible to use the Ikelite SubStrobe DS 161 in air?
I'm thinking of taking some test shots in air... have tried a few times with DS161 and it doesn't seem to generate too much heat. so am wondering if using in air will damage the substrobe?

Could you please post a review on the strobe when you get time.

Review on Ikelite substrobe DS161:
It's a easy-to-use substrobe. It has more half-stop increments, which makes it useful when I want to control the intensity of flash. One interesting feature it has is its SOS flash mode, which I've yet to use it but may come in helpful one day...
