What is the current price range for drysuit seal replacement, in your experience?

A local shop asks $168 (wrist), and $144 (neck) to install new neoprene seals on my DUI CF200, parts and labor. No rings, attached directly to the suit.

Does that seem like a fair price to you?

Isn't that a bit expensive? How much do the parts cost? How much for labor?

I am not aware of the price level in the U.S. but it's hard to think that neoprene as a material would be costly. The DUI brand may be, though. Locals may give you a better answer.

Yeah, that seems about right. The unit cost on neoprene seals are something like $50 for a neck seal and $60 for a pair of wrist seals (at least in Canada), so you're something like $200 for all the labour, which sounds about right to me.

Quite a bit cheaper than here...
Similar lower prices (1/2) where I live in Europe. I suppose it is an european thing, maybe, actually, rooted in values.
