I've read in another forum that DAP 610 (weldwood contact cement) is actually off the shelf PB-300. Is it really the same stuff? Also read that the beaver aquabond 2 part glue is actually bostik 2402 in a relabeled can.

Don't know if the DAP and PB-300 are the same but I know that the DAP will work on latex seals.
