I apply an adhesive first, and then the condom catheter.
It's like getting a wax job every time you dive dry.

Not to ring my own bell and such, but tinny bit small for me. And not sure how much shipping would be to EU

Think "cold water shrinkage," and the the condom catheter falls off during a 4-hour dive.
But you get that nice warm feeling again when you pee in your drysuit.

Unortunatelly, it's quite uncomfortable with that size until I get to the point of shrinkage.
Not to mention my dives are up to 2 hours
