Drysuit boot

I have a drysuit with built in boots. Every time I dive with the suit the boots implode around the toe area causing a lot of discomfort and pain does anyone else have this problem? Do they make a composite toe insert to prevent this from happening?

Thick socks, 2 layers. My second layer is dense wool.
