Hey guys,
I want to buy a dry suit, and what I have read from this board is that the PADI course isn't really worth it. I live fairly close to Dutch Springs, would anyone want to meet me there and teach me the dry suit thing? Thanks for your time.

I suggest that you go to DUI Demo Day in May at Dutch Springs. They will let you use a dry suit and all the DUI stuff you need to go with it like BCD and or undies too, for free. Go to the DUI page for specific info.

As for the PADI class, you may not find it VERY helpful since you are a divemaster already. If you dive the DUI day in May and maybe get Dick Long's book for about $15 bucks and read it, you won't have any problems. It was not really that much dif. than a wet suit. DUI will set you up! BTW, I don't work for them. Some friends of mine did there first dry dive at a DUI Demo day and they had nothing but good things to say about the experience. It was a nice intro to dry diving for free.
