Can somebody point me in right direction? I need information on what government certifications manufacturer of neoprene and trilaminate dry suits needs to obtain so it can be sold in USA

I'm assuming you're not American if you're asking this question. Normally the US embassy in your area will have a business development department (or whatever they call it) that can answer these kinds of questions for you.
