I use the Viking Ring system and then buy welding gloves or black nitrile gloves from Home Depot. Black nitrile gloves ($6) come in 3-4 sizes and the gauntlet fits nicely over the outer ring and then a couple of tight wraps of electrical tape seals the deal. This avoids the $40 or whatever for viking or OS gloves. It also keeps me from worrying that I've torn another pair of expensive gloves.

The viking rings retain the integrity of my latex seals, so if my hands get damp, it isn't a big deal. I've never had this system flood, but it gets damp every once in a while.
