I'm a Fish!
Has any one used the dris 1000 lumen light as a video light. If so how did it work for you.
 
I've used both the older 1000 lumen and the newer Impact lights with the video head.

The original light is too narrow a beam for video so I modified it with an internal holographic diffuser (link to my thread below). This was my standard rig for a couple of years. I have since transitioned to the Impact lights because they have a wider beam than my modified ones.

Here is a picture of my rigs. I use 4 lights. The upper rig has the original 1000 lumen lights, the lower rig has the Impacts:
