Downloads on PADI.com

Hi there!

I will be doing my IDC later next year. The Dive Centre where I will be doing it said that there were a few available free downloads on PADI.com.

These are: The PPB Outline, Project AWARE Outline, Coral Reef Conservation Outline.

After looking at PADI's homepage, I cannot seem to find anything mentioning this. I have even searched the site using their search function.

Is there anyone who knows if I have been looking in the wrong places. Or maybe if PADI has removed this from their site?

There are a few downloads on the main members page, depending on your certification level there are more downloads in the members toolbox

SSI has a similar format for dive leadership teaching updates. Chances are, you'll need to be a rating of at least DM, possibly Assistant Instructor, to be granted access to PADIs member area to download those materials (though this may not be 100% accurate).

If this is the case, ask nicely if the dive center will access the downloads and save them on a USB flash disk or CD for you (be sure to pony up the specified media). You'll want a media copy as well as a printed copy (depending on length of the material and as dictated by the course).
