Same here... down 2.5. Didn't hit the treadmill as often as I would have liked, but starting to find the work/life balance and get re-adjusted to life in Seattle after moving back earlier this month, so I think I will be better about it this week.

I am down one pound to 174. I would have liked to report more for the week but I keep thinking back to that Italian meal I ate on Friday and how much I had to work off to overcome that. Those finger food items they just slap down on the table are too much to resist but full of calories!! Ten more to go!!! :)
 
Happy to report down 1.4 lbs for me. That brings my total to 20.6 lbs since I started in early July. Yippee! Slowly the lbs. are melting off. Right now it's only through will power. Have been having to work lots of late nights in front of the computer and haven't been able to get to the gym for over 2 weeks...so I'm more than happy that I'm still losing and not gaining. Busy season is generally when I stress eat...so far I've been able to resist and I have to admit that seeing the changes on my scale and in my clothing does give me the boost to keep me going.

Good luck to everyone on their quest to a healthier future...and thanks to all who have helped me stay strong. :)

oops - forgot to weigh in last week - but I'm down 2 lbs now. . . doesn't look like I'll make my goal of 20 lbs by this saturday - (8 pounds to go) . . . but as my consolation prize Saturday is my first Scuba class - and the instructor told us we would be doing 2 dives on the first class day! So I am just a wee bit excited (ok . . . perhaps exhuberant would be more accurate lol)Tim

P.S. Since so many friendly folks here on Scubaboard have helped me over the past 6 months of waiting for this class I'll try to post a report in the new2scuba forum.

Almost missed my Tuesday post. Sorry to report that I only maintained this week, but also happy to report that I maintained this week! I feel like I'm dodging a bullet with weekend eating lately. Now if I can just get some momentum - and discipline - back..........
