dowloading attached files

Okay, hopefully I'm just missing something here, but whenever I try to download an attached file by right clicking and choosing save as, it only wants to save a GIF file. If I click the attached file, I get a blank screen.

Any help here would be appreciated!

That's turned off until they can finish the upgrade - which is an ongoing thing it seems.
