Does anyone know what is happening with the diving center called Northern Wind, which is located at Dor beach, Israel? I've been wanting to dive there since I finished my certification, but it seems like the diving center is not really operating. After trying for a few weeks to get a hold of Eitan (the guy in charge), I finally did get a hold of him. He told me that they don't dive during the week and sometimes on the weekends only if arranged ahead of time. He actually recommended that I rent equipment from Herzliya, and bring it there to dive. It makes no sense - October-November is the best diving time in the Mediterranean. He gave me the impression that they are closing. What's up?
