Yep, it sure was crazy seas. Was painful to see the Air Show from the backyard, instead of out at anchor.
Then today forecast calls for "around 2 feet" on a Monday , sheesh.

Was wondering if we (South Florida "we") could start a thread for things happening, some type of "Current Events" running thread.
A perfect example is this thread with the lobster walk, I was out that day and having a heads up would've improved my options of seeing it.

I understand some information is tricky to disclose. Thinking out loud, some idiot would see the lobster walk and start grabbing, instead of admiring the amazing event.

With that said, I can still see the benefit to have a local running thread, sometimes the forecast is borderline and you go out and is considerably better than reported or the other way around. I'm always in look out for a shark whale, I'd be happy to report it.
