In the early days of Zero Gravity, before Fred joined the team is was Danny and Chris. Does anyone know if Danny is still teaching and if so how to get in touch with him?

He is not.

He left Zero Gravity and moved but pre-COVID he did travel to the area and teach. While that may have changed recently you could try him via his GUE email.

I thought he moved to California?

I haven’t spoken to Danny in a while. The last I heard he was still in Mexico but not in the Yucatán. His kids are in California so I suspect he spends some time there.
