Documentation for WP-DC10 U/W Case?

I got a nice deal on the Canon SD100 camera and the WP-DC10 underwater case. The camera came with all the instruction books, but nothing at all on the case.

Did these cases come with any books? Does anyone have a copy they could scan and e-mail the images to me?

It doesn't seem to be on Canon's web site - but they have excellent support - goto canonusa.com, and send them a little email through their online "support by email" link - they'll get back to you soon.
